01. HOW CONTACT WORKS

From first note to a scoped start

We treat inbound like a project kickoff, not a ticket queue. Send the goal, the constraint, and the deadline.

01

Send the brief

Name, work email, and what you need moved — a campaign, a site, a channel motion, or a partner program.

02

We qualify fast

A strategist reviews fit and timing. Typical first response is inside one business hour during EST coverage.

03

Working session

We map audience, offer, assets, and proof. You leave with a recommended stack — not every service on the menu.

04

Scope and start

Deliverables, owners, timeline, and measurement go into the agreement. Then work moves into the client workspace.

02. REACH THE TEAM

Talk to a person, not a catch-all inbox

Use the form for new work. Use phone or email if you already have an active project.

03. THE BRIEF

What to send so we can answer well

Goal, audience, deadline, budget range if you have it, and any live URLs. The form below is the intake we use for new work.

    04. BEFORE YOU WRITE

Questions teams ask before they brief us

    How fast do you reply?

During EST coverage we aim for a first response inside one hour. Complex briefs get a same-day working session, not a same-hour proposal.

What happens after I submit the form?

Intake reviews fit and timing, then a strategist follows up with questions or a working-session hold. If we are not the right partner, we say so.

Do I need to know which service I want?

No. Send the business problem. We recommend the stack after we understand how this market buys.

Can you sign an NDA first?

Yes. Say that in the message and we send our mutual NDA, or we review yours before the working session.

Do you work outside New York and Wyoming?

Yes. Those are operating bases. Engagements run across the U.S. and with partners in other markets when the motion fits.

I already have a project in motion. Where do I go?

Use the Client Portal for files, approvals, and messages. This page is for new conversations.

    READY WHEN YOU ARE

Send the brief. We'll take the next step.

If the work is a fit, you leave the first conversation with a scoped path — not a follow-up loop.
